Customer Support Representative
This position is customer facing and is critical to the first line of support for any customer related issues. The position will be responsible for triage of the customer problem, ranking the severity and entering the information into our Customer Support System. They will create and follow a trouble ticket for the situation from start to close working closely with the field team and engineering team. Technical skills in Java, HTML5, JavaScript, and related server side systems is important. Experience in using CRM systems a must.
